Although we would like to help all individuals, we simply cannot. We work in a certain niche and recruit only PhD and MD experienced candidates for senior level R&D positions within pharma and biotech. Our candidates primarily have experience in the life sciences industry, although we occasionally place very experienced candidates from academia. We do not place candidates in entry-level positions fresh out of graduate school or postdoctoral programs. We do not work with candidates with degrees lower than PhD or MD. We therefore ask that you do not send a CV or fill out the form below if you do not meet these minimum requirements.
