Clark Executive Search recruits only PhD and MD candidates for senior level research and development positions within pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Our candidates primarily have experience in the life sciences industry, although we occasionally place very experienced candidates from academia. We do not place candidates in entry-level positions fresh out of graduate school or postdoctoral programs. We do not work with candidates with degrees lower than PhD or MD.
Generally the positions involve management, although we also recruit gifted, highly experienced scientists on the technical or non-managerial track for large pharmaceutical companies. We will evaluate each search with the client, regardless of whether the position is on an executive or non-executive level, to determine if the position is one that Clark Executive Search can quickly fill for the client.
