Before starting her own firm, Ellen served as an executive recruiter for a large search firm that also focused on pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Ellen graduated from The Lenox School in New York City, attended Wheaton College in Norton, MA, and then transferred to the University of Minnesota where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1973.
Ellen's background of recruiting solely for life science companies combined with an education in science ensures that she thoroughly understands the pharmaceutical business and is well versed in the highly technical language of the industry. She belongs to scientific organizations, such as The Society of Biomolecular Sciences and the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists.
